h2Radnor is a new leading advisory firm born out of the combination of Radnor Capital Partners, the investor relations and capital markets firm, and h2glenfern, the strategic advisory firm.

Radnor was founded in 2016 in response to a rapidly changing capital markets landscape. The team are equity capital markets experts, focused on providing independent advice to corporates, investor targeting and investor engagement, as well as broader Investor Relations capabilities. Our work has always been driven by our clients’ strategic objectives and ambitions.

Founded in 2004, h2glenfern advises public and private companies, and private equity sponsors on shareholder communications, IPOs and sale processes. The team of experienced professionals, with expertise across capital markets, equity research and sales, fund management and corporate finance, will be joining Radnor’s growing investor relations advisory business.

The combined teams will be unified under the new name – h2Radnor.

Radnor and h2glenfern have always shared a common purpose to provide independent, unconflicted advice to corporates, whether public or private. Combining the firms to create h2Radnor will enable the company to leverage h2glenfern’s global network and expertise in corporate advisory and private equity, whilst allowing clients to benefit from Radnor’s market-leading capabilities in investor engagement, in depth research and investor relations.
